SK Pools will be responsible for:
- Testing and balancing pool water
- Checking your water level
- Emptying your skimmer and pump baskets
Customers will be responsible for:
- Backwashing your filter on a regular basis
- Brushing and vacuuming
- Skimming the surface
- Checking your pool equipment
- Cleaning your automatic pool cleaner
(emptying traps, bags, etc.) - Ensuring pool access for our tech
(gates/lanai’s unlocked, security guards made aware of our arrival in gated communities, pets contained during visit, etc)
